Good or Evil? Why?: Evil. Sean rules the City with an iron fist, and with the help of both his sons, he gives the people a false sense of safety, making them believe their fearless leader will bring them peace and safety. Little to they know he's been behind several horrific incidents over the years.

Physical Description: Tall and handsome, Sean stands at an even 6'0", with broad shoulders that are never slouched. His posture is impeccable, something that makes him look extremely regal. He's in excellent shape, with a fit physique - something he prides himself on, among other things. His eyes are a startling and hypnotizing shade of blue, and deceptively kind unless he's glaring...and when that happens, it's time for you to run.

Background/History (Two Paragraphs Minimum):

Personality: Senator McKinney is a man who knows what he wants, and how to get it. The power placed in his hands by the people has gone to his head over the years, striving for more of it and willing to do anything to obtain it. He's shrewd, and manipulative, using the power he already has to bring down the forces standing in his way. He promises better things for his - his City - and in his mind some things need to be broken before it can be put back together. The only problem is that a tiny crack in glass can spiderweb so quickly, and eventually the glass will shatter...and that's exactly why his grip on Chicago is so tight - to keep it together until he's ready to let go, take the pieces, and build it into something better, stronger. His hands may be covered in his own blood as well as several others, but if it'll get him the results he wants in the end, he'll suffer through the pain.
